4. Global postage is included in the package price — no hidden fees.
Once your swap cards have been received, we’ll then dispatch your chosen cards.
We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked services where possible, as they offer delivery confirmation and compensation in case of loss. We would recommend value of package is above £10 for 39 “Foundation”. Ask for a free Certificate of Postage at the Post Office.
If your items are lost in transit, proof of postage or Royal Mail tracking is required. Where valid proof is provided, we’ll do our best to offer a suitable resolution — such as a partial fulfilment, credit, or reattempt — depending on stock availability.
