- Contact form / quiz / list generator submissions: your email address, and any other details you choose to provide

- To process and fulfil your orders, including shipping and customer service
- To send order confirmations and, where relevant, customs documentation for international orders
- To respond to enquiries submitted via our contact forms
- To send newsletter updates, only if you’ve opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)
Payment processing
Payments are processed securely by PayPal and Stripe (via WooPayments). We do not store your card details on our servers — these are handled entirely by our payment providers in line with their own security standards.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, and Google reCAPTCHA to protect our checkout and forms from spam and fraud. These services may set cookies on your device. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Third-party services we use
- Brevo — sends transactional emails (order confirmations, etc.)
- MailerLite — sends newsletter emails, only to subscribers who’ve opted in
- Gravity Forms — processes contact and enquiry form submissions
Data retention
We retain your order and account information for as long as necessary to fulfil our legal and business obligations (e.g. tax records), and no longer than required.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To make a request, contact us at contact@swapmasters.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
