This updated “Prime” swap package is now focused exclusively on Chrome Award Winner, Match Attax Hall of Fame, Lethal Combo, Red Hot & Cold, Starter Pack Exclusive, Starboy & Platinum Pull Limited Edition Cards from our available stock. Here’s how it works:

1. Choose any 5 cards from our available stock.

2. After purchase, you’ll need to send us any combination of 6 swaps which must include: Chrome Award Winner, Match Attax Hall of Fame, Lethal Combo, Red Hot & Cold, Starter Pack Exclusive, Starboy & Platinum Pull Limited Edition Cards (from the same collection) in good condition only as part of the exchange.

3. This 5-for-6 swap helps us keep the service fair and sustainable for all collectors.

4. Global postage is included in the package price — no hidden fees.

Once your swap cards have been received by us, we’ll then dispatch your chosen cards.

We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked services where possible, as they offer delivery confirmation and compensation in case of loss. We would recommend value of insurance should be around £20 to cover package contents.

To make sure your swaps arrive in good condition: Use protective packaging – padded envelopes, sleeves, or cardboard. Write your name or order number on the envelope. Weigh and measure your envelope at the Post Office to avoid delays. Get proof of posting – it’s free and gives peace of mind. For high-value swaps, consider tracked or signed-for services.

If your items are lost in transit, you’ll need to initiate an insurance claim directly with Royal Mail. Valid proof of posting or tracking is essential to support the claim. SwapMasters will do its best to offer a resolution — such as partial fulfilment, credit, or a reattempt — depending on stock availability. Please note that in swap scenarios, we usually wait to receive your duplicates before dispatching your order. If your items are covered by insurance, to continue the swap we would expect recompense for the lost cards, as they form part of our stock and are essential to completing the trade fairly.
