Here’s how it works:
1. Choose any 30 cards from our available stock.
2. After purchase, you’ll need to send us 39 “Base” (from the same collection) in good condition only as part of the exchange.
3. This 30-for-39 swap helps us keep the service fair and sustainable for all collectors.
4. Global postage is included in the package price — no hidden fees.
Once your swap cards have been received, we’ll then dispatch your chosen cards.
We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked services where possible, as they offer delivery confirmation and compensation in case of loss. We would recommend value of package is above £20 for 39 “Base”.
If your items are lost in transit, proof of postage or Royal Mail tracking is required. Where valid proof is provided, we’ll do our best to offer a suitable resolution — such as a partial fulfilment, credit, or reattempt — depending on stock availability.
