2. After purchase, you’ll need to send us 26 Spotlight subset cards (from the same collection) in good condition only as part of the exchange.
3. This 20‑for‑26 swap helps keep the service fair and sustainable for all collectors.
4. Global postage is included in the package price — no hidden fees.
Once your swap cards have been received, we’ll dispatch your chosen Spotlight cards promptly.
We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked services where possible, as they offer delivery confirmation and compensation in case of loss. For sending 26 Spotlight cards, we recommend declaring a value of £10 or above. Always ask for a free Certificate of Postage at the Post Office.
If your items are lost in transit, proof of postage or Royal Mail tracking is required. Where valid proof is provided, we’ll do our best to offer a suitable resolution — such as a partial fulfilment, credit, or reattempt — depending on stock availability.
If you’d prefer a custom mix — for example blending Foundation and Spotlight cards, or if you have a larger list — we can tailor everything to your needs.
