Once your swap cards have been received by us, we’ll then dispatch your chosen cards.
We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked services where possible, as they offer delivery confirmation and compensation in case of loss. We would recommend value of package is above £20 for 27 in this package.
To make sure your swaps arrive in good condition: Use protective packaging – padded envelopes, sleeves, or cardboard. Write your name or username on the envelope. Weigh and measure your envelope at the Post Office to avoid delays. Get proof of posting – it’s free and gives peace of mind. For high-value swaps, consider tracked or signed-for services.
If your items are lost in transit, proof of postage or Royal Mail tracking is required. Where valid proof is provided, we’ll do our best to offer a suitable resolution — such as a partial fulfilment, credit, or reattempt — depending on stock availability.
